Each day is a new day to make a decision to be better, happier, and healthier. If you are in a very unpleasant situation, stop making excuses, and make changes. Sometimes we have to refocus and figure out what our distractions are, like seriously what is keeping you from being happier, and enjoying life right now? Figure out what it is that makes you happy and do it. People, jobs, and material things won’t make you happy trust me. Make a choice to be happy with yourself, when you love who you are it makes it easy to do things that improve your quality of life. For instance when you have a sense of care about yourself, you are not inputting negative things in your body or trying to cause yourself to be in a harmful situation where you will be in danger.
A Sadie Daily coaching tip I have for all of my readers that are stuck in a pit, here we go…..write down positive affirmations and declare them! Wake up in the morning and look in the mirror, and simply tell yourself hello beautiful, well good morning gorgeous, etc….positive words and affirmations help build you up. Once you start declaring those words, they ultimately empower you to take on the day. When you create a realm of positiveness around you every decision you make, is made with keeping YOU happy in mind. Little things make a big impact, remember those indicators of doubt and anxiety persuade you from going after what your passion is.
We were all created to utilize our God given talents, and share them with the world, don’t hold back on having an affect on those around you that can trigger them to go after their dreams. Stay positive, and choose to be happy!!
